How do we RSVP?
You can RSVP directly on our wedding website! Simply click on the RSVP tab on our home page, enter your name as it appears on your invitation, and follow the prompts to let us know whether you’ll be attending.
If you have any questions or encounter any issues, feel free to reach out to us—we’re happy to help! We can’t wait to celebrate with you!
What date should we RSVP by?
We kindly request the pleasure of your company at our wedding celebration. To assist us in finalizing arrangements, please RSVP by May 25th, 2025.
Is the venue ADA complient?
The Stella Ballroom is fully ADA-compliant. Additionally, the Stella Hotel has ADA-compliant hotel rooms upon request. These rooms are not part of our hotel block, so please contact The Stella in advance to secure, if needed.
Is there parking available near the venue?
Yes, parking is available! You can find a free parking lot at 801 58th St. and a covered parking structure at 5613 8th Ave. Guests are also welcome to park in front of the hotel and any available street parking near the building. Additionally, hotel guests can park in Lot 21 (next to Scoops Ice Cream & Candy) and have their parking validated at The Stella.
Will the wedding be indoors or outdoors?
Both the ceremony and reception will be indoors. They will take place in the Stella Ballroom attached to the Stella Hotel.
What is the dress code?
We kindly request that our guests wear semi-formal or cocktail attire for our special day. For women, this could include cocktail dresses, dressy skirts or slacks paired with a nice blouse, or a jumpsuit. For men, we suggest a suit or dress slacks paired with a button-down shirt. We kindly ask that you avoid wearing jeans or casual t-shirts. Thank you!
Am I allowed to bring a plus one?
Our celebration is strictly RSVP only. We will only be able to accommodate those listed on your wedding invitation.
Are children invited to the wedding?
To allow all our guests the opportunity to let their hair down and enjoy themselves, we’ve elected to make our wedding and reception a child-free event.
What type of food will be served at your wedding?
Dinner will be served buffet-style, allowing guests to enjoy a variety of delicious options. Start your meal with a refreshing market greens salad featuring mixed greens, English cucumbers, pickled red onions, hard-cooked eggs, and a house-made sherry vinaigrette dressing.
Entrée options include pan-seared salmon with lemon beurre blanc sauce, a beef chuck pot roast with a natural gravy topped with French fried onions, and a vegetarian gnocchi dish with asiago cream sauce (available upon request). Pair your entrée with cottage fries topped with rosemary garlic butter, broccolini, and tri-color carrots.
Dessert options include Tiramisu shooters, chocolate cake, and a sweets table featuring mousse cups, assorted cookies, and donut holes. For a late-night snack, enjoy a selection of pizzas, including cheese, sausage, pepperoni, and vegetable varieties.
Will there be an open bar?
Reception hour will feature a three-hour open bar with domestic beers, hard seltzers, house sweet and dry wines, and soft beverages. The bar will remain open throughout the evening for guests who wish to continue the celebration.
